**禊（みそぎ）**とは、神道で行われる儀式の一つで、川や海の水で体を清め、心身の罪や穢れを落とす行いです。神事の前に身を清めるだけでなく、比喩的に「心をリセットする」「過去の失敗を清算する」といった意味でも使われます。

この曲は、朝の静かな光から午後の街のざわめきまでの時間を描いています。その間に流れる「自分だけのリズム」を感じられるように作りました。午前中は仕事に集中し、午後は街を歩きながら心を整える。欲望や衝動を受け流し、本屋でアイデアを出して「買わない」、お腹が空いても「外食」しないという小さな選択をする――そんな、日常の中の小さな禊の時間がテーマです。

LofiとJazzのゆったりしたグルーヴに、Citypopの郷愁やNeo Soulの温かさを重ね、日々の中にある静かな幸せを音で表現しました。
