ヤングベーコン　４本

SB食品　スパイス＆ハーブ岩塩　適量

しょうゆ　小さじ１

黒こしょう　適量

柚こしょう　小さじ１

ねぎ　適量

最初に強火で牛肉の表面を焼き、裏返しにして弱めると美味しく仕上がります。

S＆Bシーズニング　１袋
