18歳の学生1年生は、外見は大人でも内面は、未成熟で、人によって違う。提出期限を守れなかったり、やる気がなかったり、相手がどんな気持ちなのか、全く理解していなかったり、気にしてなかったりと、妖怪人間みたいな学生もいます。だから、あまり期待したり、自分の当たり前を当てはめると、イライラするだけ、泳がせておけば、その学生なりに何年もかけて、ゴルに近づいていくもので、それでいいんじゃないかな。
