久しぶりの唐揚げ定食です。懐かしい味ですね。

鶏と牛肉の唐揚げ定食

材料２人分

鶏むね肉　200g

牛肉　200g

玉ねぎ　半個

ピーマン　１個

まいたけ　半房

小麦粉　適量

塩胡椒　適量

醤油　適量

オリーブオイル　適量

作り方

１、鶏むね肉を食べやすい大きさに切り、塩胡椒、醤油で下味をつけます。

２、小麦粉をビニール袋に入れて、鶏むね肉を入れて混ぜます。

３、フライパンにオリーブオイルをしき、鶏むね肉を揚げます。

４、牛肉についても、同じように下味をつけて小麦粉をつけて揚げます。

５、野菜を食べやすい大きさに切り、炒めます。

６、それぞれをお皿に盛って出来上がりです。
