Run-D.M.C.（ラン・ディーエムシー）は、1982年に結成されたアメリカのヒップホップ・グループです。
DJのジャム・マスター・ジェイ（ジェイソン・ミゼル）、MCのRun（ジョセフ・シモンズ）、D.M.C.（ダリル・マクダニエルズ）の3人組で、ラップとロックを融合した先駆け的存在として知られています。

1984年にリリースした1stアルバム『RUN-D.M.C.』はヒップホップとしては初めてロック調のギターリフやソロを入れた革新的な作品としてヒットし、ヒップホップのアルバムとして初のゴールドディスクを獲得しました。また、スーパーロックグループのエアロスミスと共演した「Walk This Way」も世界的なヒットを記録しています。

2002年にジャム・マスター・ジェイがニューヨークのスタジオで射殺され、残された2人はグループの解散を発表しました。
