私の運動のスタイルは、地下街を歩く「隠れウォーカー」を日常のライフスタイルにしています。大阪梅田の地下街を舞台に、景色に左右されず、快適な環境で歩くことの楽しさがポイントです。スポーツウェアを、着ているわけではないですが、知らないうちに一万歩を達成する「隠れた」ウォーキングスタイルが特徴です。 サラリーマンの通勤時の早歩きに合わせて歩くことで自分も気持ちを引き締めつつ、スタバで一休みや興味のある店に寄る寄り道が、小さな冒険のように感じられます。地下の世界で、誰にも遠慮せずに歩くことが楽しみです。
