野菜マカロニグラタン ☆☆

最後の仕上げで、とろけるチーズにコゲをつけるのがポイント！

材料２人分

玉ねぎ　半個

にんじん　1/2本

ブロッコリー　１房

ズッキーニ　半本

バター　20g

小麦　大さじ３

牛乳　400CC

コンソメ　小さじ１

ピザ用チーズ　50g

マカロニ　50g

作り方

１、鶏肉、玉ねぎとその他の野菜を適当な大きさに切り、フライパンに分量のバターを溶かし炒めます。

２、玉葱がしんなりしたら一旦火を止め小麦粉を入れます。小麦粉の粉っぽさが無くなるまで軽く混ぜます。

３、牛乳、コンソメ、あらかじめゆでたマカロニを入れ木べらでよく馴染ませ、弱火でゆっくりかき混ぜながらトロミが付くまで煮込ます。

４、トロミが付いたらグラタン皿に移しピザ用チーズをのせオーブンで焼きます。

５、ボンベでこんがりと焼き色のコゲをつければ完成です。
