最近、寒い日が続いているので、どうしても鍋が多くなっています。手抜きではないですよ(笑)

 

材料2人分

 

 

えび 8尾

鮭のあら 1パック

貝柱 6個

たら 1/2尾

白菜 1/4

菊菜 1房

 

かに鍋のつゆ 1袋

 

 

作り方

 

 

1、それぞれの食材を食べやすい大きさに切ります。

2、鍋に盛って、つゆの素を入れて適量の水で薄めます。

 

 

 

 

3、全体が食べれるぐらいに火が通れば、出来上がりです。
