時間を守らない人は、毎回、同じことをする。お酒やゲーム、おやつに漫画など、楽しいことや楽なことは、すぐに習慣化するものだ。でも、一つ一つ、自分にとって悪い習慣だと思うことは、頑張って、やめるべきだ。悪い習慣をやめることができれば、また一つ、良い習慣が身に付くチャンスがあるはず、早く気づいて、自分をレベルアップさせていこう。
