最近、体がかゆい。加工食品の食べ過ぎが原因かもしれない。特に甘いもの、チョコレートやヨーグルト、黒糖のお菓子が多い。野菜や果物をあまり摂っていないので、もっと意識して生鮮食品を料理し、薄味で食べるようにしなければならない。それに加えて運動不足もあり、背中、腰、腕が痛む。もう若くないことを自覚して、体調管理をしなければ、やりたいこともできなくなる。自分のことは自分が一番よくわかっているはずだから、自分に厳しく、健康で過ごせるように頑張りましょう。
