第255回牛肉としめじのお好み焼き

今回は、失敗の巻です。上手にひっくり返すのができずグチャクシャになってしまいました。

材料２人分

牛肉　200g

しめじ　半分房

キャベツ　1/4 個

小麦粉　少々

どろソース　適量

作り方

１、キャベツは粗みじん切りにします。

２、牛肉としめじは食べやすい大きさに切ります。

３、フライパンにオリーブオイルをひいて中火で熱し、牛肉としめじを炒めます。

４、小麦粉にキャベツを入れ、水を入れて混ぜます。

５、別のフライパンにオリーブオイルをしいて、小麦粉とキャベツを焼きます。

６、その上に、牛肉としめじをおきます。

７、小麦粉が固まったら、裏返します。

８、焼けたら、どろソースをかけて出来上がりです。
