今、振り返ると、みんな見えてくる
知識がないことで、誠実さも欠けてた
だから学生に伝えたい、「知識をつけろ」
「誠実に生きろ」って、オレの言葉を

Feeling out of place, lost in the maze
Middle school tall, played first base
Didn’t grow more, outfield in the race
Tried pitching, ignored the signs
Lost trust, fell behind
On the bench, self-doubt in my mind
High school hit, coach unkind
高校になって、コーチにしばかれ
監督にも嫌われて、ノックの時も

一年生の夏で、野球部をやめた
