まず、外見を変えよう。理想の自分に近づけたら、きっと、内面も充実して、気持ちが良くなり、開放感が湧いてきて、新しいことにチャレンジしたくなるよ。外見から、変えるのも、一つのやり方。別に、難しいことを考える必要なない。環境を変えると、今までのことが、みんな肯定されたり、否定されたりするもの。僕が言いたいのは、自分の気分を変えるために方法は、なんでもOKなんだ。振れ幅が大きい方が、人生楽しいよ。それぐらいのほうが、それとね。他人の気持ちが、分かるよ。心配しないでも、60歳を過ぎれば、みんな同じような優しい人間になるから。色々と気にしているのは、若い時だけ。みんな歳を取れば、同じになるから。
