一日に一度は、心をムにして、文章を考える時間を取ることをお勧めします。私は、早朝に目が覚めたら、すぐにその時間を取るようにしている。布団の中でも、問題なくて枕元に置いているスマホに、頭にあるものを書き出すだけでいいんだ。なぜ、早朝かというと、私だけかもしれないけど、新しいアイデアや、自分のしたいこと、嬉しかった昔の思い出が、天から降りてくるんだ。不思議だけど。それを書き出すことによって、なんだか、気持ちが良くなるし、生きている実感が湧いてくるんだ。たくさん生きていると、頭の中にたくさんの経験や積み重ねてきた考え方が詰まっていて、それは、誰にも真似できない自分だけの希少価値のある宝で、忘れないように、そして、後世の若者に伝えることができるようにしておくんだ。
