毎日、挑戦をしているんだ。それは、座らないこと。部屋にこもって仕事をしていることが多いから、運動できないだろ。だから、座らないことで、カラダを鍛えることができると思ったんだ。ずっと、パソコンに向かって仕事をしていると、カラダによくないよね。だから、あいだにスクワットを100回やるんだ。これで充分だけど、肩甲骨をほぐすことも、取り入れて、両手で両肩を持って100回まわすんだ。これで、持病の肩こりも少しはマシさ。これを続けたいけど、続けることができないから、この歌を作っていつも聞き、自分に言い聞かせながら努力しているんだ。わかってくれ。
