自宅を仕事場兼住居として使っている。そうした生活を続けていると、運動不足になりがちだ。そこで、仕事の時間のうち、座らない時間を一日8時間確保し、運動を始めることにした。まずは、足腰を強化することから取り組んでいる。肩こりがある時には、低周波治療器などのヘルスケア製品も活用している。次に、バランスを保つための運動器具を使い、体幹を鍛えるようにしている。これらが習慣になると、心身ともに安定し、落ち着いた生活が送れるようになった。
