企業が求める人材は、その時々の組織やチームの状況によって異なります。ですから、面接で不合格になったとしても、それはあなたの人格や能力が否定されたわけではありません。あまり深く考えすぎず、自分の強みややりたいことを明確にして、他の学生と差別化を図り、自分の価値をアピールしていきましょう。
例えば、自分の得意なことを2つや3つ組み合わせることで、他の人にはない独自の魅力を持つことができます。英会話が得意で、いつも前向きな性格、さらにマーケティングの成績が良い、というように組み合わせれば、希少価値の高い人材になれるでしょう。
就職活動は長い道のりかもしれませんが、100社ほど回れば、自分に合った会社に出会える可能性も高まります。焦らず、自分の強みを見つめ直し、粘り強く取り組んでください。応援しています。
