今回の授業は、ファッションビジネスの授業に入る前に、働いてもらう給与の話を少しさせて下さい。

アルバイトをしていて、
「なんでこんなに働いてるのに、給料が上がらないんだろう？」、
そう思ったこと、ありませんか？、
実はそれ、“仕組みの誤解”が原因です。
給料って、「働いた量の対価」だと思ってませんか？、
実はちがうんです。
給料っていうのは、「労働力の対価」、じゃなくて、「提供した価値の対価」。
誰に、どんな場面で、どんな価値を出せたかで、収入は決まります。
今回の授業は、この“価値の正体”を、ファッションビジネスと照らし合わせながら、一緒にひも解いていきましょう！
