材料2人分

 

 

鶏もも肉 200g

 

白菜 1/4

白ねぎ 1本

豆腐 1丁

厚揚げ 1個

糸コンニャク 1袋

きしめん 1袋

 

ポカポカ生姜 豆乳鍋 スープ

 

 

 

 

作り方

 

 

1、鶏もも肉と食材を一口サイズに切る。

2、食材を鍋に入れ、スープの素を加え水を適量入れ味をととのえます。

3、沸騰したらアクをとります。

4、このままで十分美味しいですが、物足りない方は、ポン酢をつけて食べて下さい。
