レベルの低い学生は、なかなか授業内容を理解出来ない。真剣に先生の話を聞いても、意味が分からないのだ。それは、頭の中で、話をバラバラに分解して理解していないから。少し難しいかもしれないが、ビジネスでも同じだけど、業績が悪い原因を様々な視点で分解して、問題のある部分を改善する必要がある。だから、まず、バラバラに分解出来ないと話にならない。先生の言うことをひとまとめにして、理解出来るワケがない。細かく分解して、この視点から見ると正しいが、この視点から見ると、間違っていると言うように。先生の言うことが、全て正しいと思ってはいけない。いろんな先生の話を聞けば良いて思う。みんな、違う話をしていることが分かる。それより、話をバラバラに分解して、いろんな視点で考えて見るこてが大事。

先生の言葉、全部正しいわけじゃない、
違う視点から見る、それが正しいスタイル。
頭の中で分解、理解の鍵、
ビジネスも同じ、問題を見つけなきゃ。

少しずつ解決、見えてくる答え、
いろんな視点で、考えればわかる。
ひとまとめにするなんて、ナンセンス、
細かく見て、学びを深めるチャンス。

いろんな先生の話、聞いてみればいい、
みんな違うこと、教えてくれるよ。
大事なのは、自分で考える力、
バラバラに分解、視点を変えてみることさ。
