材料２人分

玉ねぎ　１個

にんじん　１本

ジャガイモ　１個

牛肉（カレー用）１５０グラム

オリーブオイル　適量

カレー粉　３塊

水　適度

玄米　お椀２杯分

調味料

A-1ソース

沖縄のステーキと言えばA-1ソースですが、カレーライスにこの甘酸っぱい味がたまらなく美味しいです。

石垣島ラー油

辛いのが好きな方におすすめの隠し味的な調味料です。

作り方

１、にんじんとジャガイモを食べやすい大きさに切り、柔らかくなるまで茹でます。

２、フライパンにオリーブオイルをしき、玉ねぎを炒め石垣島ラー油を加え混ぜます。キツネ色になってきたら、牛肉を入れ炒めます。

３、牛肉の色が変われば、茹で上がったにんじんとジャガイモを加え、カレー粉を加え水を適度に入れて、フライパンに焦げ付かないように混ぜます。

４、お皿に玄米をつぎ、カレーをそそぎ、最後にA-1ソースをかければ完成です。
