材料（２人分）
鮭 ２片
黒瀬スパイス 少々

アウトドアのバーベキューで人気のあるスパイスです。
ごま油 少々
たれ
酒 大さじ１
みりん 大さじ1/2
ぽん酢しょうゆ 大さじ1/2
作り方
１、鮭に黒瀬スパイスを適量振りかける。
２、フライパンにごま油を入れて熱し、鮭を入れて焼き色がつくまで中火で焼く。上下を返し、火が通るまで中火で焼く。
３、たれを加えて完成です。
牛肉細切れソース炒め
材料（２人分）
牛肉細切れ 100g
ピーマン ２個
玉ねぎ 半個
調味料
おろし生姜 半片
A-1ソース 適量

しょうゆ 小さじ１
ほりにし 適量

アウトドア派の方なら誰もが知っている定番スパイスです。
作り方
１、ポーマンと玉ねぎを食べやすい大きさに切りほりにしのスパイスを振りかけます。フライパンにごま油をしき熱し炒めます。
２、香りが出たら牛肉を加え炒めます。仕上げにA-1のソースを加え混ぜます。
サラダ菜と鶏胸肉のサラダ
材料（２人分）
鶏胸肉 100g
サラダ菜 １房
調味料
しょうゆ 大さじ１
めんつゆ 大さじ１
ごま油 大さじ１
酢 大さじ２
すりごま 少々
作り方
１、鶏胸肉を茹でる。
２、細かくさき、サラダ菜とボールで混ぜる。
３、調味料を加え混ぜ、出来上がり。
