しゃぶしゃぶ用豚肉 100g
白菜 1/4個
鶏肉団子 100g
白ネギ 1本
エリンギ 2個
豆腐 2/1 丁
寄せ鍋スープ 1袋400g
水 400g
酒 適量
作り方
1、野菜を食べやすい大きさに切りにする。鍋に水と酒、豚肉以外全ての食材を入れて沸騰させる。
2、豚肉を入れて、色が変わったら完成!お好みでポン酢やゴマだれを合わせてお召し上がりください。
