野菜たっぷりしゃぶしゃぶ鍋

今日は、料理を作る時間がなかったことと、新鮮な食材が調達できなかったので、冷蔵庫にある食材で寄せ鍋を作りました。

材料２人分

しゃぶしゃぶ用豚肉　100g

白菜　1/4個

鶏肉団子　100g

白ネギ　1本

エリンギ　２個

豆腐　2/1 丁

寄せ鍋スープ　１袋400g

水　400g

酒　適量

作り方

１、野菜を食べやすい大きさに切りにする。鍋に水と酒、豚肉以外全ての食材を入れて沸騰させる。

２、豚肉を入れて、色が変わったら完成！お好みでポン酢やゴマだれを合わせてお召し上がりください。
