活躍している一流のメジャーリーグの選手のキャンプ期間は、野球が上手くなる期間、自分のプレーのレベルをワンランク上げる期間と言っていた。私の夏休みの期間も、自分の授業内容の質を上げることに徹底しょう。一歩も外出もしないで、ひたすら今まで書き留めたキーワードを検索し、テキストを作るんだ。ネタ作りをするんだ。忘れてはいけないのが、あいまのスクワットとバーベルでの運動だ。地味だけど、充実した夏休みを送りたい。
