毎朝通勤しているサラリーマンに感謝しています。早起きして決まった時間に会社に行き、好きでない業務をこなす姿に感心しています。私も若い頃は必死にサラリーマンをしていましたが、冷静に考えると会社は奇妙な集団だと感じます。同じような知識や技術しかない上司の言うことを聞いて評価やボーナスが決まるのは不思議です。

一方で、社員を家族のように扱い健康管理などに力を入れる経営者もいますが、過度な福利厚生は必要ないと思います。会社が私生活にまで関与するのは気持ち悪いと感じます。

これからは、私と同じように違和感を持つ若者が増えるのではないかと思います。そして、社員が違和感なく気持ちよくやりがいを持って働ける会社を作るバランスの良い経営者が現れることを願っています。
