はまちの煮つけ
材料２人分
はまち ２切れ
生姜 適量
みょうが １個
ゆず 1/4個
ごま油 適量
調味料
醤油 大さじ１
みりん 大さじ１
料理酒 大さじ１
砂糖 大さじ１
作り方
１、生姜とゆずを細かく切ります。
２、ごま油をフライパンにしき、はまちを皮を下向きにして、生姜、みょうがを入れ調味料を加て蓋をして煮ます。
３、はまちの色が変わってきたら、裏返します。
４、お皿に盛って、ゆずを飾り付け出来上がりです。
蓮根と山芋のムニエル
材料２人分
蓮根 100g
山芋 100g
小麦粉 適量
オリーブオイル 適量
ほりにし 適量

アウトドアで人気のある調味料の「ほりにし」は、肉でも魚料理でも美味しいです。
作り方
１、蓮根と山芋を食べやすい大きさに切ります。
２、ビニール袋に小麦粉を入れて、蓮根、山芋を入れて、全体につくように混ぜます。
３、フライパンにオリーブオイルを少し多めに入れて、蓮根と山芋を小分けに分けて揚げます。
４、バットに紙ナプキンをしいて、蓮根と山芋の油を取ります。
５、お皿に盛って、ほりにしをかけて出来上がりです。
