注意しなければならないこと

  • 食べ過ぎると手足が黄色くなることがある。
  • 消化が悪く体を冷やす場合もあるため、風邪をひいてしまってからみかんを食べるのは逆効果
  • みかんの酸味には、甘いフルーツの消化酵素を下げてしまう働きがあるため、バナナやメロン、スイカ、レーズンなどと一緒に食べないようにする。
  • 朝食に摂りすぎるとしみや色素沈着を引き起こす恐れがある。
